TM Segmentation & Alignment

TM Aligner allows you to segment and aligns your TMs to leverage your TM even better in the future.

This app only works with TM's exported by Crowdin, only with bilingual TM, and only in CSV format.

A quick guide:

• Visit your Crowdin TM management page, select the TM you would like to segment/align, right-click and select "Download".
• In the modal that will appear, set the Format to "CSV", select "Language Pair" and choose your desired source and target languages for the TM.
• Switch back to this app. Select the CSV file that you would like to segment and add to the translation memory.
• This app will try to select the source and target languages automatically, please verify or select languages were chosen properly.
• Click Verify Alignment
• Go through the segmentation presented by Crowdin and verify or change it if needed
• Click Download TM afterwards.

The verification screen will only include segments with ambiguous alignment. Segments that are safe to upload to TM will not be displayed.

Note: This app is supposed to be used by a linguist as it requires knowledge of two languages.
